Manage and develop self and team members

Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.





Requirements:



Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background

Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking

Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members

Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Good communication skills and a team player.
