The Micro Edition of PhotoShop CS4 is only 53mb, but it is the full program (not portable). It comes prekracked, saving you time. The reason it is such a small file size is because the extra language packs, plug-ins, and other rarely used features have been completely removed. The installer has also been completely redone. Instead of that annoying 15 - 30 minute install, it only takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to install the entire program. Since most of the unused features are removed, this version of Photoshop loads fast and runs much smoother. Fully tested and working in Windows 7 32-bit as well.
