Default Satai Bongsor (Ambarawa)

Bahan:
300 gr daging dada ayam, potong 2x3 cm
1 sdt air asam jawa
3 sdm kecap manis
tusuk satai
Bumbu Halus:
4 bhbawang merah
3 siungbawang putih
� sdtlada
1 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt gula merah
Saus Kacang:
75 gr kacang tanah goreng
3 bh bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 bh cabai merah
1 sdt garam
2 sdt gula merah
150 ml air
2 sdm kecap manis
Pelengkap:
lontong
kecap manis
Cara Membuat:
1. Lumuri daging dada ayam dengan bumbu halus, air asam jawa dan kecap manis, diamkan 15 menit.
2. Tusuk-tusuk daging ayam di tusuk satai lalu bakar di bara api sampai matang.
3. Saus Kacang : Haluskan kacang tanah goreng, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, garam, dan gula merah. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, tambahkan air dan kecap manis, masak hingga meletup-letup.
4. Hidangkan Satai Bongsor dengan lontong yang disiram saus kacang dan ditambah kecap manis.
Untuk 6 Porsi
