kayanya bakal semangat diet dan olahraga kalo ada yang nemenin atau nyemangatin setiap hari

Pola makannya mesti diatur nih ane. Kalo ane yang penting tiap hari makan bayem, biar mudah ekskresinya dan perutnya lumayan longgar. Thanks ndan infonya
