I think this is very common thing that people experience; it is the dip in performance on real as compare to demo. So what is the major reason behind it? I personally feel that often we use too comfortable setting on demo which is why when we start on real with different setting, it gives different results. I always use similar setting, but I use better alternative with demo contest like cTrader and Champion through OctaFX with huge prizes to win so that automatically helps me stay level on motivation and switching on real is hardly all that tough.
