[Jakarta] Dibutuhkan Senior Operation Analyst untuk Indivara Group

Responsibility :
1. Monitoring for Operations – Vendor daily matters and solve immediately; or raise any urgent issues to manager
2. Assisting manager for external party negotiations/meeting regarding Operations matters (if needed to represent Operations)
3. Make routine Operations reports and PICA (Problem Identification and Corrective Action) for division improvement
4. Analyzing what should be improved in daily Operations matter (helping manager)

Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Required skill(s): operation management, supply chain/logistics related, Negotiation Skill
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Operations and Supply Chain related is preferable)
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Central Jakarta
5. Has network in distribution/delivery transport field
6. Good determination and great sense of responsibility

Quality minded w/ analytical & problem solving skills, english literacy, highly responsible individual with a great sense of commitment, self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, good interpersonal and communication skills.
