Our Client, Which engaging in oil palm plantation and mills in Indonesia is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen its growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

HR. ASSISTANCE MANAGER ( TANAH GROGOT )
Urgently Required

Main Requirements:

1. Male / Female
2. Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
3. Minimum 5 years experience in HR organization
4. Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company, HR Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.
5. Knowledge of Industrial Relation, and has experience with Serikat Pekerja, LSM and Government
6. Having good skill in interpersonal, and communication
7. Strong leadership qualities, positive attitude, initiative and independent

Salary: About Rp. 3 � 4.5 mio per month (Gross)
