"Insya Allah P (Putri) akan dilimpahkan pukul 11.00 WIB nanti," kata Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Baharudin Djafar kepada wartawan di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Senin (23/5/2011).

Selain Putri, dua tersangka lain yakni AKBP Eddi S dan GN juga akan diserahkan ke Kejati DKI. Baharudin mengatakan, berkas ketiga tersangka itu disatukan.

Putri ditangkap pada Jumat (18/3) lalu di Hotel Maharani, Jakarta Selatan bersama AKBP ES dan GN. Di kamar hotel tersebut, polisi menemukan 0,8 gram sabu.

"Mereka bertiga ini hanya sebagai pengguna," katanya.

Baharudin menjelaskan, Putri adalah pengembangan dari tersangka J yang ditangkap di Apartemen Semanggi. Dari J, polisi menyita barang bukti 30 gram sabu dan inex

"Lalu dikembangkan lagi ke tersangka A, R dan F dengan barang bukti 500 butir ekstasi," katanya.

Khusus untuk AKBP Eddi, selain dikenakan pidana, Eddi juga akan dikenakan sanksi kode etik. Sanksi kode etik akan diberikan setelah proses pidananya selesai.

"Karena yang bersangkutan anggota Mabes Polri, jadi yang memproses tentunya Mabes Polri," tutupnya.

sebelum diproses kan ada pemberitaan yang katanya mengalami gangguan jiwa,hmm..klo orang-orang kaya n ternama tersandung hukum, pasti aja ada alasan sakitlah,hilang ingatanlah dll
