Sobat baik gw yang bernama Nugroho Dwi Prasetyo barusan memenangkan Mini Cooper dari Telkomsel. Sayangnya dia tinggal di Belanda dan meminta bantuan saya untuk menjualnya sebelum serah terima dari dealer (Sept 29,2012) dengan metoda lelang sebagai berikut:

Bidding Term:

� The car is still off the road, means still at dealer and has not been registered as anyone yet until Sept 29, 2012.

� The highest bidder winner will receive the car on the receiving date and will be registered as the first owner at the car�s BPKB and STNK.

� Official OFF THE ROAD Price is IDR 449.000.000 and ON THE ROAD (OTR) will be IDR 509.000.000 (including tax, registration fee, BPKB & STNK fee, dll).

� The bidding will be based on ON THE ROAD price, and currently highest bidder is IDR 410.000.000.

� This bidding will be end on Sept 20, 2012 and the winner will have to put down payment IDR 100.000.000
