Responsibilities:

To handle customer inquires with aims to achieve the service standard and customer satisfaction



Requirements:

Male/Female

Bachelor degree

Clear voice with friendly and helpful tone

Pro-active, eager to help and sell

Good listening and questioning skill

Able to work shift duty (Saturdays/Sundays/Public holiday)

Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills

Mature character, self motivated, detail minded, well organized, positive attitude and meticulous.

Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese.

Minimum 1 years experience in customer service.

Fluent in English (oral & written)
