We are from PT. Boga Rembilan Sejati, is looking for candidate in Sales and Marketing Communication Manager. We are in Food and Beverage industry. Our brands include Dome Cafe as master franchise, Opus Cafe and Lattice Cafe as our own brands. Owning a total of Five outlets spreading all over Jakarta. We are a growing company with addition of one new brand coming up this year. We are looking for a candidate ready to take up the challenge. Job Description 1. Achieve sales and profit goals for all outlets. 2. Ensure execution of all marketing programs through on-time and accurate marketing updates. 3. Execute annual marketing and media plans for assigned outlet's. 4. Develop and manage annual marketing budgets for all companies. 5.Develop and implement new unit opening programs, grand re-opening programs for remodels/rebuilds/acquisitions, and when necessary, anniversary celebrations. 6. Place all POP, print, etc. orders for monthly promotions. 7. Produce monthly promotional guides that communicate all marketing programs and campaigns ensuring accuracy, consistency and store level success with all launches/rollouts.. 8. Support LRM initiative�s, offer opportunities, advice and large scale ideas to stores and markets to grow brand exposure and unit level sales. 9. Develop and analyze annual DMA flowcharts and make changes as needed through the year. 10. Work with vendors to ensure that all print is being dropped in the best location and using the best vehicle. Work with operations to analyze zip codes and number of pieces dropped in each area. 11. Creating contest and incentive�s to support sales growth in all stores. 12. Build relationships and create partnerships with vendors as well as understand how we can utilize them for additional support on tests, local programs, or initiatives. Approve all monthly marketing invoices. 13. Provide both corporate and company newsletters with all important marketing updates. 14. Assist and participate in leadership meetings. 15. Maintain existing customer and builds future customer relationship with service minded approach. 16. Ready to work long hours. 17. Flexible 18. Requires heavy traveling within Jakarta. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 1. Decision making ability - makes timely and quality decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment 2. Strategic thinking and analytical skills 3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) 4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and external partners 5. Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills, business acumen and experiences 6. Multitasking skills 7. Proficiency with basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) 8. Represents themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
