Responsibilities:

� The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining brand image and has the complete oversight of the business, including; developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy, merchandising, retail operations, training & visual merchandising, achieving sales target, managing market research and product launching.

Requirements:

� Female, max. 40 th

� Min. Bachelor Degree of any related background from reputable university

� Experience 5 � 10 years within the region retail market place

� Retail industry experience required

� Strong background and has in depth understanding of all aspect of the business, including: product & merchandising, sales & marketing, retail operationsand market trends

� Ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders

� Proven ability to drive business initiative and dynamic business models

� Experience developing, leading a high performance team

� Strong collaborator and team player
