PT. Melon Networks is a small growing IT company that specializes in Media Promotion, Online Advertising, and Commercial Photography & Filmmaking.



Salary for IT Staff

First Year: Rp.1.5 million - Rp.2.5 million/month

Second Year: Rp. 2 million - Rp. 3 million/month

Third year: Rp. 2.5 million - Rp.3.5 million/month

Fourth year: Rp. 4 million - Rp.5 million/month



Working Days & Hours

Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00 or 07.00 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 18.00

Saturday: 08.00 - 12.00



Salary range will be subject to your education level, experience, and skills



Benefit of working as IT Staff at our small company:

Requirements for IT Staff

1. Working experience is NOT necessary. You will get a lot of training!

2. Male / Female (17 - 27 years old)

3. Graduated from SMA/SMK/D3/S1 & Fresh Graduate is welcomed!

4. Own a motorcycle for your daily transportation.

5. Able to type fast with 10 fingers.

6. Good basic knowledge of using Photoshop is preferable!

7. Fast Learner and self-motivated to learn a LOT of things!

8. Good English for reading and listening. NO need to speak English.



Job Descriptions for IT Staff

1. Data Entry & Online Research (sorting, insertion, manipulation, & mining)

2. Edit photos & films with Photoshop and Premiere. (We will TRAIN you!)

3. Perform content update & maintenance for the company websites & blogs.

4. Miscellaneous administration works including:

a. Perform some basic helps for the Graphics Designer.

b. Perform some basic helps for the Web Developer/Programmer.

c. Perform some basic helps for the Content Manager.

d. Perform some basic helps for the SEO Master.

e. Perform some basic helps for the Project Manager.



Office Location:

Green Garden, Kedoya, Jakarta Barat

Close to Pesing area, Indovision on Jl.Panjang, Tanjung Duren, & CitraLand mall in Grogol.



If you live so far away from our office, you must be willing to rent a room around Green Garden area.

If it takes 1.5 - 2 hours to get to our office then it is considered "far away".

You can make a daily round trip of 3 - 4 hours on the motorcycle for the first 3 months but after that, in our experience, people will get tired/burned out and that will affect their job performance.
