Responsibilities

• Monitoring complaints / trouble that coming through a hotline number, email, mailing lists, etc. Then submit it to the relevant section (PIC field, project, or maintenance) to be solve.
• Continuously monitoring and ensuring the complaints are handled quickly and accurately
• Monitoring services quality
• Keep records of any complaints through the hotline service.
• Making ​​summary reports every month, so the report can present data that show the level of service readiness.
• Reviewing performance of call center staff
• Responsible in administration process, including working schedule of call center staff

Requirements

• Male
• Minimum bachelor degree (preferably majoring civil engineering)
• Experienced at least 3 year as call center or customer service supervisor (preferably in telecommunication company)
• Understanding in the field of telecommunications and around the site, as well as problems or equipment installed on site
• Having the ability to establish good relationships (customer relations)
• Good leadership

• Minimum D3 preferably Legal/Law
• Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field
• Communicative and able to work under pressure
