Resep Masakan - Omelet Daging

Bahan :
  • 100 gr daging cincang
  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • 1 sdk makan tepung maizena
  • 2 sdk makan air
  • garam dan merica secukupnya
Cara memasak :
  • Kocok telur kemudian masukkan daging, tepung maizena, air, garam dan merica.
  • Aduk rata
  • Dadar adonan di wajan hingga kuning dan matang
  • Hidangkan omelet dengan tambahan saus sambal atau saus tomat diatasnya
