Default Resep Masakan Es Puding Kopyor

Es Puding Kopyor

Bahan :
  • 1000 cc santan kental
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 2 pak agar agar putih
  • 75 gr gula palem
  • 50 gr kismis, direndam air hangat
  • 1 1/2 butir kelapa kopyor
  • garam halus secukupnya

Cara Membuat :
  • Masak santan, agar agar, gula dan garam hingga mendidih sambil terus diaduk.
  • Aduk gula palem dan kelapa kopyor secukupnya kemudian aduk hingga rata.
  • Tuangkan bahan kopyor yang sudah dikocok kedalam cetakan puding dan ratakan.
  • Setelah dingin tuangkan adonan putih yang diberi sedikit pewarna makanan merah.
  • Siramkan adonan merah ke atasnya hingga rata.
  • Dinginkan kemudian potong potong sesuai selera
