Default Resep Sop - Sup Jagung Muda
Bahan :
  • 3 buah Jagung muda (diiris - iris)
  • 2 btr Telur ayam
  • 300 gr Wortel (diiris - iris)
  • 300 gr Bunga kol (diiris - iris)
  • 100 gr Daging sapi giling
  • 3 lbr Daun bawang (diiris - iris)
  • 1 tangkai Seledri (diiris - iris)
  • 5 siung Bawang merah (diiris - iris)
  • 2 siung Bawang putih (diiris - iris)
  • Garam, pala dan merica secukupnya
  • Air Secukupnya

Cara Memasak :
  • Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, pala, merica dan daging giling hingga harum.
  • Masukkan Air, tambahkan jagung muda, wortel, bunga kol, daun bawang dan seledri.
  • Bila sayuran sudah matang, masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok kedalamnya.
  • Aduk hingga telur bercampur benar dengan sayuran.
  • Kalau telur kelihatan sudah masak, angkat dan sajikan panas - panas.
