Sebuah video lamaran pernikahan menarik jutaan pengakses di YouTube dalam waktu singkat. Memang sungguh romantis video bersangkutan dan upaya keras dalam pembuatannya patut diacungi jempol.

Pencipta video berdurasi sekitar 7 menit itu adalah Matt Still asal Atlanta, Amerika Serikat. Diberi judul "Greatest Marriage Proposal EVER!!!" atau lamaran pernikahan terhebat, adegan di dalamnya memang cukup memukau.

Video tersebut awalnya memperlihatkan pacar Matt yang bernama Ginny Joiner duduk di bangku sebuah bioskop. Seperti biasa sebelum film dimulai, bioskop menampilkan sejumlah trailer film lain yang akan tayang.

Tiba-tiba, muncullah sebuah trailer film yang tampak asing. Adegannya menampilkan dua orang pria yang tidak kelihatan wajahnya saling bercakap-cakap.

Betapa terkejut Ginny setelah melihat bahwa kedua orang itu sesungguhnya adalah ayahnya dan pacarnya, Matt. Matt meminta izin pada si ayah untuk melamar Ginny.

Belum hilang kekagetannya, terlihat dalam adegan film Matt pergi menuju gedung bioskop di mana Ginny nonton. Dan pada adegan klimaks, Matt benar-benar muncul di hadapan Ginny untuk menyampaikan lamaran pernikahan.

"Kamu adalah segalanya bagiku. Maukah kamu menikah denganku?," kata Matt sembari berlutut di hadapan Ginny.

Ginny yang terharu tanpa pikir panjang menerima lamaran pacarnya, disambut tepuk tangan pengunjung bioskop lain yang sebagian ternyata adalah keluarganya sendiri. Video lamaran ini sekarang telah dilihat lebih dari 5 juta kali di YouTube.
