An International Engineering and Management Consultant requires Experts / Professionals for Regional Project Management Consultant (RPMC RIS � PNPM Mandiri Phase 3) Urban Sanitation and Rural Infrastructure (USRI) Province of South Sumatera with the following requirements :

1. Team Leader / Project Management Specialist

2. Financial Management Specialist

3. Project Performance Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

4. Gender/Safeguard/Community Development Specialist

5. Training Development Specialist

6. Rural Infrastructure Specialist/District Team Leader

7. Junior Social and Gender Development

8. Junior Financial Management



KUALIFIKASI



� Master (S-2) degree in project management or civil engineering or related discipline; with have preferably 7 years experience in the rural infrastructure development field (No. 1)

� Sarjana (S-1) degree in economic or accounting science, with preferably 6 years relevant experience in project financial management, budgeting and project accounting and or project auditing of development programs or projects and will advantages with the community based development projects/program. The candidate should also have preferably 3 years of experiences as financial management specialist (No. 2)

� Sarjana (S-1) degree in Information Technology/Science with relevant experience for preferably 6 years in the area of project monitoring and evaluations including project management will advantages with the community based development projects/programs (No. 3)

� Sarjana degree (equivalent to bachelor degree) in Social Science and Development with significant, preferably 7 years, experience in the community based development projects in rural area (No. 4)

� Sarjana Degree (equivalent to bachelor degree) in Education or other related field, with preferably 5 years relevant experience in training and human resource development-related the community based development projects (No. 5)

� Sarjana degree (equivalent to bachelor degree) in civil engineering or related discipline, with have preferably 5 years experience in the rural infrastructure development field with significant experience in community driven development activities with rural project (No. 6)

� Sarjana degree (equivalent to bachelor degree) in Social Science and Development with significant, preferably 3 years, experience in the community based development projects in rural area (No. 7)

� Sarjana (S-1) degree in management/accounting, with preferably 3 years relevant experience in financial budgeting and project accounting and will advantages with the community based development projects/program (No. 8)
