ada seorang kakek2 tua yang sedang kena serangan jantung dan dia masuk rumah sakit beberapa hari, karena pingsan dalam waktu lama kemudian ia kembali sadar dan ingin menonton TV

karena diruangan itu sepi maka kakek2 trsebut memencet tombol yg berfungsi untuk memanggil suster yang jaga

tuit...tuit...tuit.... (bunyi bel pemanggil)
tidak berapa lama munculah suster kekamarnya

suster: "ada yg bs di bantu pak?"
kakek: "cutel, olong mut otol...!
olong mut ontol...!
suster: (agak kaget) apa pak....?!!??
kakek: "olong, olong mut otol
mut otol....!
suster: (akhirnya kesabarannya habis) "dasar sudah bau tanah otaknya masih aja kotor" brak!! sambil mbanting pintu..
Kakek: ??? mut otol cutel

hahahaha.... maksud sebenarnya dr kakek adala "Suster tolong Remote Kontrol"
