saya pake Adobe Photoshop CS4 versi 11.0 yg portable.



sudah dicoba

-dari awal buat (File>New) color mode RGB 16 Bit

-set color mode dari (Image>mode) RGB 16 Bit



slth di save, dari windows, filenya diklik kanan>properties di bagian detailnya Bit Depthnya tetep 32.
