PANGKAL PINANG, KOMPAS.com � Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung menerima pelimpahan tersangka dan barang bukti korupsi pengadaan tanah kompleks perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Senin (23/5/2011) di Pangkal Pinang. Tersangka diduga merugikan negara Rp 600 juta.


Asisten Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung Ariefsyah mengatakan, SA dan M sudah diperiksa oleh Polda Bangka Belitung. Hari ini kasus keduanya dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan. "Kami masih mempersiapkan administrasi penerimaan tersangka dan barang bukti. Kami belum bisa memutuskan akan menahan tersangka atau tidak," ujarnya.


Kedua tersangka itu diduga merugikan negara Rp 600 juta dalam pengadaan tanah perkantoran pemkab. Mereka diduga memalsukan tanda tangan pejabat lain untuk mencairkan uang dalam beberapa kali kesempatan.


"Kami akan meneliti berkas pemeriksaan polisi lalu menyiapkan penuntutan. Proses pelimpahan ke pengadilan akan dilakukan Kejaksaan Tinggi Toboali karena lokasi perkara di Bangka Selatan," ujar Ariefsyah.
