Default Pedoman Musim Buah-Buahan
Buah segar dalam negeri tak selalu bisa diperoleh dengan mudah. Ada waktu-waktu tertentu yang identik dengan kehadirannya. Hal ini (mungkin) akan bermanfaat bagi ibu-ibu yang sedang hamil, untuk mengatasi keinginan mendadak terhadap suatu buah (ngidam). Berikut pedomannya:

  • Alpukat= November-Februari
  • Belimbing= Juli - Agustus
  • Durian= Oktober - Februari
  • Jambu Air= Juli -Agustus
  • Jambu Biji= Februari - Maret
  • Kedondong= Januari - Maret
  • Kelengkeng= Januari - Maret
  • Mangga= Desember - Februari
  • Manggis= November - Februari
  • Rambutan= November - Februari
  • Sirsak= Maret - Desember
  • Pepaya/Pisang/Nangka/Nanas = Sepanjang Musim
