MARKETING MANAGER



Responsibilities:

1.Leading sales operations

2.Creating and executing sales strategic plan to achieve sales targets

3.Recruiting, training, and leading in-house sales marketing team

4.Maintaining communication and relation with existing clients

5.Maintaining customers� data base

6.Overseeing daily marketing operations to assures it abides with company policies and regulations



Requirements:

1. A Bachelor�s Degree in Business or a related field

2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in the real estate business.

3. Excellent communication skills and effective negotiation skills.

4. Good knowledge in branding, and experience in managing promotional events

5. Organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage time

6. The ability to write reports, keep records, and work within budgets

7. Computer literacy and fluency in English is a must. Ability to speak in Hokkien is an advantage.
