Bola-Bola Jagung

Terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi makanan berminyak (goreng-gorengan) memang tidak dianjurkan. Tetapi sesekali tubuh perlu makanan yang gurih dan berminyak.

Lagipula bola-bola jagung ini sangat lezat dan bergizi, dan pasti disukai oleh seluruh anggota keluarga.

Bahan-Bahan :
175*gram tepung atta (tepung gandum)
75*gram tepung besen (tepung kacang hijau)
1/2*sendok teh soda kue
1/2*sendok teh kunyit bubuk
1/2*sendok teh garam
1/2*sendok teh merica bubuk
2*cm jahe, parut
2*buah jagung manis, rebus, pipil
2*buah cabai hijau, potong dadu 1/2 cm
1*tangkai seledri
100*gram jagung pipil segar atau beku, haluskan dengan blender
1*sendok makan air jeruk lemon
3*sendok makan yogurt tawar
3*sendok makan minyak, panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng secukupnya

Cara Mengolah :
1. Campur tepung atta, tepung besen, soda kue, kunyit, garam, merica, jahe, jagung manis pipil, cabai hijau, seledri. Aduk.
2. Tambahkan jagung halus, air jeruk lemon, dan yogurt. Aduk rata. Masukkan minyak panas, aduk rata.
3. Bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil.
4. Goreng dalam minyak panas.
5. Sajikan selagi hangat.

Asal gak tiap hari makan gorengan ....masih bisa kok sekali kali buat sendiri gorengan....asal juga menggunakan minyak yang kwalitasnya bagus.
