Surat Klaim Buat Om Bill Gates
Siapa bilang perusahaan besar semacam microsoft berjalan secara mulus.
Yang pasti,semakin berkembang pesatnya perusahaan,makin banyak pula komplain dari customernya. Berikut adalah surat claim dari customer
