01. Jam kerja Operator 08.00 s/d 16.00

02. Tarif sewa sudah termasuk Biaya perawatan dan perbaikan seperti penggantian spare parts, oli pelumas dan ban serta mekanik

03. Tarif diatas belum termasuk bahan bakar solar

04. Sewa Forklift sudah termasuk PPH 2

05. Sewa Forklift belum termasuk PPN

06. SIO operator dan sertifikat forklift dari DEPNAKERTRANS

07. Minimum sewa 6 Bulan

08. Pembayaran dilakukan 30 (tiga puluh) hari setelah invoice diterima dengan baik dan benar
